Shangrila Development Bank Declares 3.84 Percent Dividend

Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The national-level development bank has proposed a 3.84 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 3.65 percent bonus share and a 0.19 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Shangrila Development Bank has paid-up capital of Rs 3.43 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 12.52 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 0.65 crore.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Shangrila Development Bank had distributed a 5.263 percent dividend, including a 5 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
