Shangrila Development Bank Declares 10.53 Percent Dividend

Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The national-level development bank has proposed a 10.5263 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4 percent bonus share and a 6.5263 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, Shangrila Development Bank has paid-up capital of Rs 3.73 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 14.93 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 24.36 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2081/82, Shangrila Development Bank had distributed a 10.3583 percent dividend, including a 5 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
