Shangrila Development Bank Declares 5.263 Percent Dividend

Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The national-level development bank has proposed a 5.263 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Shangrila Development Bank has paid-up capital of Rs 3.26 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 16.33 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 0.85 crore.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Shangrila Development Bank had distributed an 8.983 percent dividend, including an 8.534 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
