State-2 Records 185 New Cases, Total Covid-19 Cases Reach 2,367

The number of corona infections in state 2 has reached 2,367. In the last 24 hours, 185 new cases have been reported, including seven women. Earlier, the number of corona infections in the state was 2,182.
According to Dr. Ram Prasad Ghimire, Secretary at the Ministry of Social Development, three new cases have been reported in Saptari, two in Siraha, 21 in Dhanusha, nine in Mahottari, 16 in Sarlahi, 52 in Rautahat and two in Parsa. Twenty-eight infected people have returned home from the state on Tuesday. Secretary Dr Ghimire said that 506 of the infected have returned home after treatment.
Of the 34,445 swabs collected in the state so far, 21,050 reports are negative and 1,228 reports are yet to come. So far, out of 15,734 have tested through RDT, 782 have tested positive and 14,952 have tested negative.
