Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) is going to convene its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 3, 2080 BS [June 18, 2023]. The meeting will take place at Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of merger with Laxmi Bank Limited
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Sunrise Bank had fixed the book closure date on Jestha 23, 2080 B.S. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares of SRBL until Jestha 22 are eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
