Surya Life proposes 12 percent bonus shares

The 240th board of meeting of Surya Life Insurance Company (SLICL) was held on Baisakh 27, 2076 and the meeting has proposed 12 percent bonus shares worth Rs. 13.58 crore from the profit of 2074/75. The company informed Nepse about the proposed bonus share.
The bonus share is subject to approval from Beema Samiti and the AGM of the company. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 1.13 Arba and after the bonus adjustment, it will reach 1.26 Arba.
