Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) is organizing its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 11, 2079 BS (March 25, 2023). The Annual Meeting will take place at Darcy’s International Hotel, Butwal, Rupandehi. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79 presented by the Chairman.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 21.05 percent dividend to the shareholders.
