Swabhimaan Laghubitta Proposes 5.26 Percent Dividend from FY 2080/81

Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The microfinance company has proposed a 5.2632 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.2632 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Swabhimaan Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 14.61 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Swabhimaan Laghubitta didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
