Swadeshi Laghubitta conducting its’ 5th AGM today

Swadeshi Laghubitta is organizing it’s 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 16, 2076. The AGM will take place at Itahari, Sunsari.
The major agendas for the AGM are:
Discussion of financial statements of the fiscal year 2075/76.
Approval of 20 percent bonus share worth Rs. 4.60 crores.
Approval of a 15 percent cash dividend worth Rs. 3.45 crores including for tax purposes.
The right issue in the ratio 4:1 on the capital of Rs. 27.60 crores after the adjustment of the bonus share. The right issue amounts to Rs. 6.90 crores.
At current the capital of the microfinance is Rs. 23 crores.
Book Closure date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company has set the book closure date from Mangsir 6, 2076 to Mangsir 16, 2076. Hence, the investors purchasing shares of the company until Mangsir 5 are eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend.
