Three development banks conducting their AGM on Paush 29

Three development banks i.e. Jyoti Bikas Bank, Gandaki Bikas Bank, and Sindhu Bikas Bank have informed Nepse about its AGM.
As informed on Nepse, Jyoti Bikas Bank is going to organize its AGM on Paush 29, 2076 from 11 AM onwards. The venue for the AGM is Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshanimarg, Kathmandu. The book closure date for the AGM purpose is Paush 16,2076.
Likewise, Gandaki Bikas Bank is going to conduct its 12th AGM on Paush 29, 2076 from 9 AM onwards. The venue for the AGM is Hotel Pokhara Grand, Birauta, Pokhara. Only those shareholders holding the shares of the company until Ashoj 8, 2076 can participate in the AGM of the company.
Similarly, Sindhu Bikas Bank is going to conduct its 10th AGM on Paush 29, 2076 from 11:30 AM onwards. The venue for the AGM is Convention Hall of Sindhupalchowk Udhyog Banijya Sangh, Bahrabise, Sindhupalchowk. The book closure date for the AGM purpose is Paush 16,2076.
