United Ajod Insurance Proposes 10.53 Percent Dividend

United Ajod Insurance Company Limited (UAIL) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
UAIL has proposed a 10.5263 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and 0.5263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the insurance.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the insurance company had distributed a 10.8013 percent dividend, including a 10.2612 percent bonus share and 0.5401 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
