United Ajod Insurance Proposes 10.8 Percent Dividend

United Ajod Insurance Company Limited (UAIL) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
UAIL has proposed a 10.8013 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 10.2612 percent bonus share and 0.5401 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the insurance.
