United Insurance Proposes 5.26 Percent Dividend From FY 2078/79

United Insurance Company Limited (UIC) has announced the dividend from the fiscal year 207/78. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
As informed on Nepal Stock Exchange, the insurance has proposed a 5.2632 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.2632 percent as dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, United Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 102.81 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 5.14 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 27.05 lakh.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, UIC didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
