Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) is organizing its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 2, 2081 BS [December 17, 2024]. The meeting will take place at The Entrance Cafe, Lalitpur after 10:30 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed on Mangsir 19, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of SPC until Mangsir 18 can participate in the AGM.
