Asian Hydropower Limited (AHL) is going to conduct its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 2, 2081 BS (December 17, 2024). The meeting will take place at The Entrance Cafe, Lalitpur after 12:30 PM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, the company has fixed the book closure date on Mangsir 19, 2081 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company before the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
