Asian Hydropower To Organize 4th AGM On Jestha 32

Asian Hydropower Limited (AHL) is going to conduct its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 32, 2080 BS ((June 15, 2023). The meeting will take place at The Entrance Cafe, Lalitpur after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of one director representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, the company has fixed the book closure date on Jestha 19, 2080 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company before the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
