United Modi Hydropower Proposes 7.368 Percent Dividend

United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Falgun 8, 2082 BS has proposed a 7.36842 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.36842 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The company is planning to distribute Rs 8.61 crores worth of bonus shares and Rs 45.28 lakh worth of cash dividends.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 B.S., United Modi Hydropower has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.23c Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 1.31 Arba.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
