United Modi Hydropower Proposes 7.368 Percent Dividend

United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 29, 2079 BS has proposed a 7.368 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.368 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The company is planning to distribute Rs 8.05 crores worth of bonus shares and Rs 42.32 lakh worth of cash dividends.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, UMHL didn’t distributed any dividend to the shareholders.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 B.S., United Modi Hydropower has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.15 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 1.23 Arba.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
