Sahas Urja Limited Announces 22.1053 Percent Dividend

Sahas Urja Limited (SAHAS) has declared a dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Karthik 24, 2082 BS has proposed a 22.1053 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 21 percent bonus share and and a 1.1053 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 378 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 79.38 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Sahas Urja Limited had distributed an 8.421 percent dividend, including an 8 percent bonus shares.
