NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited Proposes 42.105 Percent Dividend

NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited (NRN) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board of directors meeting of the company has decided to provide a 42.105 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 40 percent bonus share and a 2.105 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited has a paid-up capital of Rs 128.43 crores. At this capital, the total dividend is worth Rs 54.07 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the company had distirbuted 5.2632 percent dividend. However, from the 2079/80, NRN didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
From the fiscal year 2078/79, the company had distributed a 5.26 percent cash dividend. Similarly, from the fiscal year 2077/78, NRN Infrastructure & Development had provided a 5.26 percent dividend including a 5 percent bonus share. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had distributed a 3 percent dividend including a 2.85 percent bonus share and a 0.15 percent cash dividend.
