NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited Proposes 5.2632 Percent Dividend

NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited (NRN) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board of directors meeting of the company has decided to provide a 5.2632 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.2632 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.22 Arba. At this capital, the total dividend is worth Rs 6.43 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, NRN didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2079/79, the company had distributed a 5.26 percent cash dividend. Similarly, from the fiscal year 2077/78, NRN Infrastructure & Development had provided a 5.26 percent dividend including a 5 percent bonus share. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had distributed a 3 percent dividend including a 2.85 percent bonus share and a 0.15 percent cash dividend.
