Sahas Urja Announces 8.42 Percent Dividend

Sahas Urja Limited (SAHAS) has declared a dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Bhadra 31, 2081 BS has proposed an 8.421 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes an 8 percent bonus share and and a 0.421 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 350 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 28 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 1.47 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
