Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Proposes 5.263 Percent Dividend

Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited (TAMOR) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The hydropower company has proposed a 5.263 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.33 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs 17.53 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming AGM.
Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited is currently operating a 73 Middle Tamor Hydropower Project in Taplejung District.
