4 Companies cancel their AGMs

Four companies have cancelled their Annual General Meeting (AGM). As per the notice by the Nepal Government on Chaitra 5 regarding the restriction to organize events comprising more than 25 people, the company postponed its AGM until further notice. Likewise, the Prime Minister Mr. KP Oli addressed the nation on Chaitra 7 urging the citizens to stay at home unless for very important issues.

For the precaution against the dangers of Corona Virus (COVID-19), the Nepal Government had issued such notice. The 4 companies that have postponed their meetings include:

General Insurance: Second AGM which was set to take place at Chaitra 14, 2076.

Mirmire Laghubitta : Special AGM that was to take place on Chaitra 17, 2076

Cweda Laghubitta: Second AGM which was to be organized on Chaitra 17, 2076

Excel Development Bank: 14th AGM that was to be held on Chaitra 20, 2076.
