NIC Asia Bank closing the auction 39,100 shares of Surya Life Insurance

NIC Asia Bank is re-auctioning the promoter shares of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) at a reduced price of Rs. 250 per share. The auction of the shares will open from today i.e Chaitra 4, 2076. The bank will auction 39,100 shares of SLICL.

Interested Investors can submit their bids until Chaitra 12, 2076.
Previously, the bank had auctioned the 41,400 shares of SLICL from Falgun 19 to Falgun 29. However, only 2,300 shares were sold in the auction. The minimum bid submission price was Rs. 275.
Now, the bank has decreased the minimum price to Rs. 250 per share for the remaining 39,100 shares of SLICL.
NIC Asia Capital Limited will manage the auction issue. The application for the auction can be purchased from NIC Asia Capital and allotted branches of NIC Asia Bank.
