Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) is conducting its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 27, 2078 BS. The board meeting held on Chaitra 5 decided to convene the meeting at Banepa Party Venue, Banepa, Kavre. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For The AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Endorsement of a 21 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
Election of directors representing promoter shareholders.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any future merger/acquisition decisions.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company had set the book closure date from Chaitra 17 to Chaitra 27, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares of the company until Chaitra 16 are eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend.
