Aarambha Chautari Lagubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) as informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.

The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year.

The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 36.71 crores.

From the previous fiscal years 2079/80 and 2078/79 as well, the company didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2077/78, the microfinance had provided a 21 percent bonus share. Likewise from the fiscal year 2076/77, ACLBSL had distributed 8.85 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.

Aarambha Laghubitta and Chautari Laghubitta successfully merged with each other to form ‘Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta’. They started joint transactions from Ashad 22, 2077 BS.
