Aarambha Chautari Lagubitta Proposes 21 Percent Dividend

Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2077/78.
The microfinance company has proposed a 21 percent dividend. The dividend will be in the form of a bonus share.
As of Ashad’s end 2078 BS, Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 30.69 crores (including the acquisition of Deurali Laghubitta). The bonus share on this capital will be 19.62 percent and amounts to Rs 6.02 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
From the previous fiscal year 2076/77, ACLBSL had distributed 8.85 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
Aarambha Laghubitta and Chautari Laghubitta successfully merged with each other to form ‘Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta’. They started joint transactions from Ashad 22, 2077 BS.
