Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has appointed B.O.K Capital Market Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). The company has appointed Kumari Capital to keep records related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name and others.

It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
Adarsha Laghubitta is a ‘D’ class province level microfinance of Nepal licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The head office is located at Banepa, Kavre.
