AGM and book close date of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has informed Nepse about its upcoming AGM and book close date for the same purpose.
The development bank is going to conduct its 13th AGM on Paush 17, 2076. The venue for the AGM is Amritbhog located at Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. It will start from 11 AM onwards.
The book close date for the dividend distribution and AGM purpose is Mangsir 30, 2076. So, only those shareholders holding the shares of the company till Mangsir 29 will be eligible to claim the dividend as well as participate in the AGM. The company announced a 6.8 percent cash dividend to its shareholders that will be approved by the AGM of the company.
