AGM and book close date of Samudayik Laghubitta

Samudayik Laghubitta has informed Nepse about the AGM and book close date on Mangsir 12, 2076.
As informed on Nepse, the 126th board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 11, 2076 has decided to convene its 6th AGM on Paush 11, 2076.
Likewise, the company has announced the book close date as Mangsir 11, 2076. So, those shareholders holding the shares of the company till Mangsir 10 can participate in the AGM of the company.
Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced a 33.68 percent dividend to the shareholders which require approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the microfinance.
