AGM of 2 Companies postponed

Two Companies, namely Sahayogi Bikas Bank and Century Commercial Bank have postponed their upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Sahayagi Bikas Bank was going to conduct its 16th AGM on Chaitra 10, 2076. Similarly, Century Commercial Bank was set to convene the 9th annual meeting at Chaitra 14, 2076.
As per the notice by the Nepal Government on Chaitra 5 regarding the restriction to organize events comprising more than 25 people, the company postponed its AGM until further notice. For the precaution against the dangers of Corona Virus (COVID-19), the Nepal Government had issued such notice.
The companies have put-off their AGMs until the further notice.
