Ankhu Khola Jalbidhyut Company Appoints Nabil Investment Banking As Share Registrar (RTS)

Ankhu Khola Jalbidhyut Company Limited (AKJCL) has appointed Nabil Investment Banking as the Registrar To Share (RTS). An agreement has been reached between the hydropower company and Nabil Investment Banking on Shrawan 10, 2080 BS.
Nabil Investment Banking will now keep records of AKJCL related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited, a subsidiary company of Nabil Bank Limited, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal. It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
