Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to auction unsold right shares from tomorrow. The company has published the notice regarding the auction of shares from Baisakh 20, 2076. The last day to submit the sealed bids for the auction is Baisakh 27, 2076.

The microfinance had issued right share from Magh 17, 2075 to Falgun 29, 2075. Out of the total issue, 13,977.88 promoter and 7,664.91 ordinary shares remained unsold. The company is trying to sell these unsold right shares through the auction.
Interested investors can participate in the auction by submitting the auction to the collection center. The auction form is available at Rs. 100. The collection center includes BOK Capital Markets Ltd, given branches of Bank of Kathmandu, Jyoti Bikas Bank, and Mithila Laghubitta.
