Kalika Laghubitta to Provide 10 Percent Dividend

Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The microfinance company has decided to provide 10 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 9.50 percent bonus share and 0.50 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Kalika Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 37.23 crores. At his capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 3.53 crores while the cash dividend is worth Rs. 18.61 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the microfinance.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Kalika Laghubitta didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
