Aviyan Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from Fiscal Year 2079/80

Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AVYAN) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79 as well, the microfinance didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Aviyan Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 25 crores.
