Barun Hydropower Conducting 20th AGM Today

Barun Hydropower Limited (BARUN) is going to conduct its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 25, 2080 BS [January 10, 2024]. The meeting will take place at the Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Delegation on authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, the company has fixed the book closure date on Poush 13, 2079 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company before the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
