Barun Hydropower Limited (BARUN) is going to conduct its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 28, 2079 BS [March 12, 2023]. The meeting will take place at Union House, Anamnagar, Kathmandu after 10 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of directors-4 representing promoter shareholders and 2 representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, the company has fixed the book closure date on Falgun 15, 2079 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company before the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
