Ngadi Group Power Conducting 10th AGM Today

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) will convene its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 25, 2080 BS [January 10, 2024]. The meeting will take place at the Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 9:30 AM.

The major agendas for the AGM include:

Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.

Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.

Delegation on authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.

Book Closure Date:

For the purpose of AGM, Ngadi Group Power will close its shareholders’ registration book on Poush 12, 2080 BS. Thus, the investors holding/purchasing shares of NGPL until Poush 11 are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting.
