Banking Finance And Insurance Institute of Nepal (BFIN) To Sell IPO

The Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited (BFIN) is in the process of floating the ordinary shares (IPO). The company has appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited as the issue manager for the Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The agreement was signed by Managing Director Dr. Binod Atreya on behalf of the company and Chief Executive Officer Ramendra Rayamajhi on behalf of NIC Asia Capital.

The company is planning to sell 55,000 shares to the general public at a par valur of Rs 100.

Now, the company has to submit the application to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the issuance of IPO. Only after SEBON provides the approval, the company can sell the shares to the public.
