Book close date to grab bonus shares of one microfinance

Today is the last day to grab 20 percent bonus shares of Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta.
The book-close date for this purpose is Asadh 18, 2076. So, the shareholders holding the shares of the company until today will be able to participate in the upcoming AGM and receive the bonus shares of the company.
The bonus share of the company will be endorsed by the company’s AGM to be held on Asadh 30, 2076. The current paid-up capital of the company stands at 2.88 crores.
