Rairang Hydropower Conducting 18th AGM on Karthik 17 | To Provide 12.6 Percent Dividend

Rairang Hydropower Company Limited (RRHP) is going to conduct its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Karthik 17, 2078 BS. The meeting will take place through a virtual medium.
Similarly, the company has proposed a 12.6 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit until the fiscal year 2077/78. The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming annual meeting.
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the hydropower company is going to close its shareholders’ registration from Karthik 4, 2078 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of RRHP until Karthik 3 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
