Ridi Power Company Limited (RIDI) is going to conduct its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 29, 2079 BS. The meeting will take place at Indreni Complex, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 42.1 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Election of one independent director.
Book Closure Date:
For dividend distribution and AGM purposes, the company has set the book closure date on Magh 18, 2079 BS. This means the investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company until Magh 17 will only be eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
