Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC) will organize its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 5, 2079 BS [February 17, 2023]. The meeting will take place at Walnut Bistro & Banquet after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of 2 directors representing public shareholders.
Appointment of independent director.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower had announced the book closure date on Magh 19, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date can participate in the Annual Meeting.
