Ngadi Group Power Proposes 5 Percent Dividend

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The hydropower company has proposed a 5 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4.75 percent bonus share and a 0.25 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The bonus share is worth Rs 8.39 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 44.18 lakh.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, NGPL had provided a 21.05 percent dividend, including a 20 percent bonus share and a 1.05 percent cash dividend. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had distributed a 10.526 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share.
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company will convene its AGM on Falgun 25, 2079 BS. For this purpose, the book closure date is Falgun 10, 2079 BS.
