Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) will organize its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 14, 2079 BS [December 29, 2022]. The annual meeting will take place at the Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The time for the meeting is scheduled after 9 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of 5 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of acquisition with Prabhu Bank at share swap ratio of 1:1.
Book Closure Date:
For the distribution of dividend and AGM purposes, CCBL had fixed the book closure date from Poush 4, 2079 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares until Poush 3 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
