Union Life Insurance Proposes 9.1053 Percent Dividend

Union Life Insurance Company Limited (ULI) has proposed a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2077/78.
The board meeting of the insurance held on Poush 12, 2079 BS has proposed a 9.1053 percent dividend.
The total dividend includes an 8.65 percent bonus share and a 0.4553 percent cash dividend. The bonus share is worth Rs 18.59 crores and the cash dividend amounts to Rs 97.88 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Board and the upcoming annual general meeting of the insurance.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Union Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.15 Arba. After the issue of the bonus share, the capital will rise to Rs. 2.33 Arba.
