Civil Laghubitta Proposes 11.58 Percent Dividend From FY 2078/79

Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The microfinance company has proposed an 11.58 percent dividend. The total dividend includes an 11 percent bonus share and a 0.58 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Civil Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 28.81 crores. The company will distribute the bonus share worth Rs. 3.16 crores. Likewise, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 16.68 lakhs. Therefore the microfinance is planning to distribute a total dividend of Rs 3.33 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, CLBSL had distributed a 20 percent dividend, including a 19 percent bonus share and a 1 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
Similarly in the fiscal year 2076/77, Civil Laghubitta had provided a 3.68421 percent dividend, including a 3.5 percent bonus share and a 0.18421 percent cash dividend. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had distributed a 10 percent dividend, including a 5 percent bonus share and a 5 percent cash dividend.
