Conversion of promoter shares of two banks

Nepse has informed about the conversion of promoter shares of Prabhu Bank Limited and Deva Bikas Bank today i.e. Falgun 8,2076.

As informed on Nepse, 41,26,206.13 units Promoter shares of Prabhu Bank Limited have been converted into Public Share. After doing so, the promoter to the public share ratio of the company stands at 51:49.

Prabhu Bank has earned a net profit of Rs. 1.09 Arba until the second quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77. At a current capital of Rs. 10.32 Arba, Earnings Per Share (EPS) is Rs. 22.16. Likewise, 1,85,193 units Promoter shares of Deva Bikas Bank Limited (DBBL) has been converted into Public Share, making the Promoter to Public share ratio of the company 51.50: 48.50. Deva Bikas Bank has signed an agreement with Kumari Bank for acquisition.
