Corporate Development Bank Proposes 5.26 Percent Dividend

Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The development bank has proposed a 5.26 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and 0.26 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The bonus share amounts to Rs 2.50 crores. Likewise, the cash dividend is worth Rs 13.15 lakhs.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Corporate Development Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 50 crores. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will rise to Rs 52.50 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
