Forward Microfinance Laghubitta to Distribute 14 Percent Dividend from FY 2080/81

Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on Ashwin 15, 2081 BS has proposed a 14 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 13.30 percent bonus share and a 0.70 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, FOWAD has a paid-up capital of Rs 105.55 crores. At this capital, the company is planning to distribute the bonus share worth Rs. 14.03 crores. Likewise, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 0.73 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, FOWAD didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
