Forward Microfinance Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2081/82

Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on Falgun 24, 2082 BS has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, FOWAD has a paid-up capital of Rs 119.59 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, FOWAD had distributed a 13.30 percent bonus share and 0.70 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
