Garima Bikas Bank is going to organize its 16th Annual General Meeting on Poush 22, 2079 BS [January 6, 2022]. The meeting will take place at the Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pokhara, Kaski after 10:00 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM:
Discussion and Approval of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of 14.50 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Increment of authorized capital to Rs. 5.25 Arba.
Delegation of authority to the Board of directors for any merger or acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed from Poush 8 to Poush 22, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing a share of GBBL until Poush 7 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
