ICRA Nepal Limited, the first Credit Rating Agency in Nepal, is going to organize its 10th Annual General Meeting on Poush 22, 2079 BS [January 6, 2022]. The meeting will take place at the Aloft, Thamel after 2:00 PM.
Major Agendas for the AGM:
Discussion and Approval of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of 20 percent bonus share and a 52.17316 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
