Garima Capital Limited to Issue Units of its Open Ended Scheme ‘Garima Subarna Yojana’ from Falgun 28

Garima Capital Limited is going to launch an open ended scheme named “Garima Subarna Yojana”. The fund manager is planning to issue 50,000,000 units of its new mutual fund scheme to the general public. At a par value of Rs 10 per unit, the total issue size amounts to Rs. 50 crores. The scheme will be operated under ‘Garima Mutual Fund’.

The scheme offering will open from Falgun 28, 2082 BS. If fully subscribed, the public issue will close on Chaitra 2, 2082 BS.
Garima Bikas Bank Limited is the promoter company of the Garima Mutual Fund. Hence, the bank, along with the fund manager Garima Capital will purchase 15 percent or 1.5 crore units of the scheme. The fund manager is going to sell the remaining 3.50 crore units to the general public.
Interested investors can subscribe for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 50 lakh units.
For this purpose, Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) has given the approval to the company on Magh 21, 2082 BS. Only after the permission from the board, the company can sell the units to the general public.
‘Garima Subarna Yojana’ is an open ended scheme. In an open-ended mutual fund, interested investors can purchase or sell the shares in the fund directly from the fund. There is no need to purchase from existing shareholders.
