Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GBLBS) is going to convene its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 12, 2022 [Falgun 28, 2078 BS]. The meeting will take place at the company’s head office, Butwal through the virtual medium. The time for the meeting is scheduled after 11 AM.
Major Agendas:
Presentation & Approval of the financial statements and the report of the fiscal year 207/78.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Delegation of authority to Board of Directors for any merger/acquisition decision.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the annual meeting, the company has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book from Falgun 17 to Falgun 28, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of GBLBS until Falgun 16 can participate in the AGM.
