Gurkhas Finance Company Limited (GUFL) is going to convene its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 18, 2078 BS [October 4, 2021]. The meeting will take place at Hotel Crown Imperial, Soalteemode, Kathmandu after 11 AM through the virtual medium.
Previously, the company was going to conduct its 26th AGM on Bhadra 24, 2078 BS. However, the company postponed the meeting until further notice.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.
No dividend and right share to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company had announced the book closure date from Ashwin 10 to Ashwin 18, 2078 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of GUFL until Ashwin 9 can participate in the annual meeting.
