Hathway Investment Nepal Conducting16th AGM Today | To Endorse 10.526 Percent Dividend

Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) is going to conduct its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Karthik 25, 2081 BS [November 10, 2024]. The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 14, 2081 BS decided to convene the AGM at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu. The annual meeting will start after 10 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM are:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of 10.526 percent dividend (0.526 percent cash and 10 percent bonus share) to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Increment of capital.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the book closure date was on Karthik 7, 2081. Therefore, the investors holding shares of HATHY until Karthik 6 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
